As Payments Canada continued on their Modernization journey, there was a need for consistent, clear, and engaging annual public updates to keep stakeholders informed about recent progress and future plans.
For four consecutive years (2019-2023), I managed the design and creative direction of these annual reports. By transforming them into interactive documents, we ensured they not only informed but also engaged readers. With the 2022 Delivery Roadmap, we've highlighted the milestones achieved that year and provided insights into what the future holds. The consistency in publishing these updates every December stands as a testament to Payments Canada's commitment to transparency and stakeholder engagement.
